Hello Fellow Rotarians, My name is Richard Toothman and I belong to the Grass Valley Rotary Club in Grass Valley, CA. As luck would have it, myself and fellow Rotarian Scott Browne will be visiting your fair city from April 5th to April 6th and would like to attend your breakfast meeting on Friday, April 6th. We look forward to our visit and know how fortunate we are to be able to experience Charleston. So, being able to make-up the meetings we will miss with your club would be the “icing on the cake”. We’ll investigate directions, but if you have any ideas on how to get from where we will be docked (we are on the rssc navigatior) let us know. I assume that the Harbour club should be close to where one would dock a ship, but one never knows.

Hello Richard, we will look forward to meeting you at our meeting on Friday, April 6th! I am assuming that you will be docking where most of the cruise ships come in, which is right in the middle of the historic district. If that is the case, you will be approximately 2 short blocks from the Harbor Club. When you get off the boat, you will turn left on the road that runs in front of the port. Walk about half a block and you will see the waterfront park and the big fountain on your left as the road curves to the right. Walk around the curve of the road and take the first left. The Harbor Club will be on your right about 50 feet ahead. We’ll have the coffee ready!
